While the possibilities are endless, we recommend you enjoy Grapefruit essential oil topically or aromatically.  Here's a few ideas:

  • Grapefruit's sparkling aroma is clean and fresh making it wonderful in the diffuser
  • Apply to temples for headaches or a burst of energy
  • Apply on bottom of feet and ankles for bloating
  • Combine with lime and orange essential oil to make a mood-lifting inhaler
  • Apply to chest and back of neck with a few drops of peppermint oil for a mild cooling sensation
  • Use a few drops in a spray bottle with distilled water as an air freshener or cleaner

Always remember to use a carrier oil when applying a full-strength oil topically, our roll-ons are pre-diluted and ready to be applied to the skin.

Grapefruit may be phototoxic so avoid direct sunlight for 12 hours to the area where the oil was applied.  Undiluted, excessive use may cause skin irritation.

  • For aromatic or topical use
  • Keep out of reach of children
  • Avoid contact with eyes, inner ears, mucous membranes and sensitive areas
  • As with all essential oils, dilution with a carrier oil is recommended for topical use
