Lemongrass

Lemongrass can be used for so many things, we could never list them all!  It has strong antiviral and antibacterial properties and can even help with cold sores. The uplifting, clean scent is useful for both anxiety and depression.  We use Lemongrass to help with bruising, pain relief and as an anti-inflammatory so it's perfect to have on hand for injuries!

Here's just a few benefits Lemongrass is known for:

While the possibilities are endless, we recommend you enjoy Lemongrass essential oil topically or aromatically.  Here's a few ideas:

  • Apply with a carrier oil on injuries such as bruises or sprains
  • Use a small amount on cold sores
  • Use a few drops in a spray bottle with distilled water and use as an insect repellant
  • Use in a diffuser for calming, energizing and uplifting 
  • Apply with carrier oil to forehead, bottom of feet and back of neck with a for reducing fever and mild cooling sensation
  • Use a few drops in a spray bottle with distilled water as anti-fungal cleaner

Always remember to use a carrier oil when applying a full-strength oil topically, our roll-ons are pre-diluted and ready to be applied to the skin.  

Undiluted overuse may cause skin irritation.  

  • For aromatic or topical use
  • Keep out of reach of children
  • Avoid contact with eyes, inner ears, mucous membranes and sensitive areas
  • As with all essential oils, dilution with a carrier oil is recommended for topical use
